Valid for Good Sails Yachting Greece bookings.

 

If the charterer cancels the charter, the following policy will apply based on the period between the confirmation of the booking and the date of cancellation. 

In case the booking is canceled 7-30 days prior to the charter date a cancellation fee of 40% is charged. Depending on the availability of the yacht the client can reschedule their trip. 

In case the booking is canceled 1-7 days prior to the charter date a cancellation fee of 100% is charged. Depending on the availability of the yacht the client can reschedule their trip. 

In case the booking is canceled due to weather conditions a cancellation fee of 40% is charged. Depending on the availability of the yacht the client can reschedule their trip. 

The company has the right to modify the route based on weather conditions.

The Limitation of Liability

Whenever an accident occurs on navigable waters resulting in personal injury, loss of life or damage to property, Good Sails Yachting has no liability.

The company is not responsible in the case where clients lose or damage their personal belongings. 

Good Sails Yachting is not in charge of misappropriation of alcohol consumption and use of narcotics and drugs or any results this may occur on board. The skipper has the right to end the cruise in such cases.
